Seit Dienstag funktioniert das heizbett nicht mehr . Hab dem Support ein Ticket geschrieben und bekomme keine Antwort und online bekommt man für den Drucker nicht einmal Ersatzteile in diese Richtung . Zum kotzen einfach keine Antwort auf mein Ticket bis heute … der Drucker ist nicht mal eine Woche alt und es sieht so aus als wäre das Kabel von der Platine zum heizbett schonmal getauscht da es ein anders ist als in der Wiki Reparatur Anleitung
Kann man ein heizbett online 256x256 evtl selbst kaufen ?? Bin irg verzweifelt da ich weder Antwort auf s Ticket noch irgendwie Ersatzteile für den Bambu finde . Überleg den Drucker wider zurück zugeben wobei es wider mit großem Aufwand verbunden ist wegen Transport und Verpackung etc … einfach nur enttäuscht so viel geld , kein Support , und kein druck seit einer halben Woche möglich .

danke für die antwort . wo bekommt man denn ein v3 heizbett online ? ja sehr schade mit dem support dann verstehe ich die verzögerung .
You can only request it through support. It’s not available for online sale. Also it’s not necessarily a bad bed. It could be an AC board issue too. If you have a multimeter, you could check if it’s good or bad. It should have around 50-60 Ohm resistance. Which you can check right on those terminals first, and if it’s good, then disassemble printer per wiki instructions and check resistance on the end of the cable. Be sure to disconnect printer from the mains voltage first. BTW, if they send you a replacement bed, do not throw out the old bed. Cables can be easily disconnected from the bed + there are electronics in the frame. So if say cable is bad, you will still have a perfectly useable bed. Or if heater is bad, you still have a good frame with piezoelectric sensors and a good cable.

yes, I have already checked that. 230 volts at the output of the circuit board. the heating plate no longer shows any resistance
Well, I guess I know the issue. It’s most likely thermal fuse in the bed had became open. So if you need it working ASAP, you could cut a hole in the plastic and connect it’s terminals together. Just don’t operate it unattended because it will bypass overheating protection. Also before doing anything, take a picture under the bed with that connector cover attached as Bambu will ask you for a photo of that to know bed version.
Posted incorrect picture of cover, here is a correct one. Also it’s probably better to just cut a small hole above solder joints.

Könntest du nachschauen, ob etwas auf der Thermosicherung steht? Dann wüsste man den Typ und kann diese im Netzbestellen und einbauen.
Does anyone know the Temp. value of this fuse? It should be easy to find such a fuse on rs-online.
Well, it’s clearly marked for 130°C. I suggest to wiggle replacement thermal fuse is some different nearby place which still has plastic on top as there is nothing left to push it against PCB on it’s original position.
Also you should use replacement rated for at least 5A and preferably 10A as there will be around 4.5A current in cold state.
