Help: How to add custom filaments to touchscreen?

I’m very confused on how to upload custom filaments to A1 Mini so those filaments appear selectable on printer’s touchscreen using the filament ‘edit’ interface.

This post suggests the printer sometimes does not communicate with cloud correctly, and to log out and back in on the printer, however this does not seem to work on A1 mini.

In Bambu studio, ‘Sync’ seems to send custom filaments to printer, and ‘Resync’ correctly pulls those filaments back. Unfortunately the touchscreen interface does not display these custom filaments from filament ‘edit’ menu, only the default/preloaded filament manufacturers are selectable. The goal is to be able to put new filament on ams-lite and use touchscreen to correctly select custom filament. Note: I don’t use load/unload functionality, I simply pull filament from PTFE tube, feed new filament on ams-lite and go into filament ‘edit’ on touchscreen, maybe this is incorrect?

Bonus points if you share your non-bambu filament set up process. I print temp tower then perform flow rate pass 1 and pass 2.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

As far as I can tell, the kust of filaments that resides in the printer is not user updatable. That list can be uodated via a firmware update.

Ho provato anche io a creare dei filamenti personalizzati, ma purtroppo non vengono sincronizzati con l’ams lite.

Ho seguito la guida ma non funziona.
Ho provato a scollegare l’account della stampante e ricollegarlo ma nulla.
