Manually heat the nozzle from the lcd screen.
Carefully pull off the silicon sock, do not pull too hard.
You will clean this separately.
Use something to carefully remove as much filament as possible. Clippers, pencil nose pliers or other similar tool. Only pull at soft filament.
You are trying to get to the clasp on the front of the nozzle. You need to remove enough so that when you reduce the nozzle temp to zero, you can unclamp the nozzle and work the nozzle off.
You will need to press the filament cutter. It is the bar on the top right below the PTFE nozzles and above the hot-end.
