So I have had the printer its a A1 and its been working fine for a while now but for some reason it seems to be acting weird now laying very little filament onto the bed and purging after barely making a tiny line I tried another print and it paused on like the first layers saying the first layer might have errors please help me out here I dont know how to fix this and anywhere else I look online nobody is talking about it here is a image of the print i tried doing a benchy but i stopped it because it purged like 10 purge turds after only laying this much on the bed
Do you know how if the hotend is in place correctly? Make sure the clip is in place etc. I’d check for a clog as well (heat up the nozzle to clear it, feed filament, cool it, heat it…repeat til you don’t see anything weird…someone else can explain better i’m sure)
Its not a hot end issue (i think) i swapped between a 0.2 and 0.4 nozzle and it held the same results
Makes sense it wouldn’t be that, then. How about calibration? Have you run the calibration mode lately?
Is that something in the settings?
how do you run “calibration mode”
i somehow managed to loose the slightly smaller screwdriver
There is a great explanation of troubleshooting this, here in the wiki
good to have thanks hopefully it will help
i found the tiny screwdriver yay
yeah that doesnt look good might have to replace that heat element, might be tough to clean that off but it could be part of the issue
its not supposed to be black right?
did I screw myself with the cable thingy
I dont know i dont think i have pulled that off before
well ■■■■ its not really pulled off just kind of hanging there XD
i dont have time right now to look it up but it probably tells you on the bambu wiki
i managed to fix the cord that was hanging out after like a hour XD
