Help Needed . Loading filament without AMS

Hi there,

I have no clue to load filament without my AMS. I have disconnected the PETG Tube from the AMS directly and try to supply TPU filament via this tube, then comes a grey thing, then another tube, then a grey connector and the the 3d printer.

I put filament as long I want via the both tubes, but the filament sensor does not recognise the filament.

Help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Bambu has a wiki page on how to do this.

Here one see all the tubes and connectors.
I mean, this must be a simple task…

I stuck at this step. How can I remove all the stuff on my p1s to reach this state…?

Push the blue clip in to remove the connector or the white clip on the other side to remove the ptfe tube coming from the buffer.

Thanks a lot for your help. I have now removed the connector and supplied the tpu filament directly. The p1s loading process doesn’t match to the p1p tutorial. Do you know if there is a tutorial for p1s?

Thanks a lot again for your help. Found this page already and was for me a bit confusing, since p1p and xe1 was used. Finally it worked.

You may want to look at a Y splitter to use so you don’t need to disconnect anything, it makes life easier overall. This is definitely one of the more popular out there: The Smoothy - PTFE Bowden Y Connector by JDJDJD - MakerWorld
