Help needed with sending prints to X1-C

My printer has been off for a couple of months whilst getting it ready to install another AMS and 0.6 nozzle. I finally managed to get it all up and running on the network and ended up doing a factory reset. It seems like everything is working via Laptop and also with Bambu Handy but when I try to send the print to the printer it shows 100% and the camera etc pops up but nothing happens.
Has anyone come across this before?
I have updated X1-C and AMS to latest firmware as of yesterday.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think there is a server error, this is happening to me on both my P1P - I can control the machine from my computer, moving the print head but it won’t initialise a print. Same on PC and Mac.

I am seeing the same today - seems to be intermittent, so probably a cloud issue. Try switching to “LAN Only” and see if that lets you send a print OK.

Thanks guys I will try the LAN method. Is there anyway to see when the server is down??

The BL sites says no problems!!! :unamused:

Yep. It happened to me for the first time and a few times today. I am still not sure of the cause. I shut down, restarted the studio and the X1C, and shortened the plate name.

Same here, doesn’t start to print, but the job is on the printer and can be startet manually from there.

Same here, X1C, I can slice & control the printer, but I can’t send anything to print.

seems to be well known by everybody but bambu lab lol. Same boat here

https://status.bambulab.com/ helpfully says the cloud is operational. I don’t think it correct.

Well here we go again!!! Another day and after one successful print the printer is now refusing to print after receiving the file!!!
I am starting to get frustrated with this situation, if Bambu would only activate the monitoring by camera via local lan I would be very happy. As it is I am not a happy bunny as this problem is wasting a lot of time running to and from the printer with SD card etc!!! Can’t even raise a ticket about it!!!

Mine happen again, and now I am sure of at least one issue: the plate name.
In this case, I had the plate name “0.2mm” at the time of failure. As soon as I delete the name (let it be empty) and send it to print, it works again.
I can foresee two causes, some character (e.g. dot) or combination (numbers and letters) is not accepted; second, there was a failure with a plate named 0.2mm and therefore is still on the system, and there is no permission to replace the file.

I tried changing the name and made no difference to mine. Now the slicer has “failed to see the device” so I am completely stuffed! Oh and the BL website still says no problem with the server??? Total BS!!

I think I have this exact issue with my p1s

Yep my devices arent showing now too.
Hopefully this is just because they are trying to fix the issue.

Oh same, yea hopefully.

here the same, my main Laptop wich got the newest Windows and Bambu Update don‘t work.

My older one with the old Win and old Bambu Software works.
I don’t know if the windows update has anything to do with the problem at all, but maybe use the old Bambu software???

Same here. Currently unable to send any prints to the printer using the cloud. Latest FW and Bambu Studio version.
