My bed keeps moving towards the rear, being really close to the chute. After receiving an error, not even 2 weeks of owning my p1s, I looked up the issue. I unloosen the 6 screws holding the bed to the z-axis, pulled the bed forward, and tighten the screws down firmly but not too tight. Worked like a charm! So i thought.
About two weeks later I noticed the bed was really close to the chute again. I stopped the print, that just begun, because I knew it was going to hit! I didnt want the collision, wasted filament, and wasted time so I repositioned the bed again.
Not even having the p1s a month & half Ive repositioned the bed atleast 4 times. On the fifth reposition I am tired of it!!! So i tighten one of the rear screws down slightly feeling the screw spin in place. O no!
I pulled it out & stuck a piece of copper wire in the hole and its back tight!
With that being said I contacted support and they said I was within parameters! Said it could be my stripped screw situation. That is not the case. This issue existed before hand and still is not affecting movement. Actually that screw is tigher than all the others, so i dont touch it.
I am frustrated with this printer!!! Also my prints are warped on the rear left corners and you can visually tell its leaning or lower on the left side.
The first picture show the leveler in the rear and leaning left.
The middle picture shows the leveler is in the front with slight lean to the left.
In the last picture you can tell my p1s is in general, level.
I will take a picture of the bed near the chute shortly.
Someone please step up & give a fellow brother a hand
