I can’t tell you the exact reason, but if you can’t post at all, there are two possibilities:
- The creator has set a minimum level below which you are not allowed to post.
- The creator has ignored you.
I’m guessing you didn’t meet the minimum level that some creators set to protect themselves from bots. Just participate in general things on MakerWorld, and your level will rise extremely quickly.
Are just adding a comment or rate a profile ?
I just checked, and if I’m not mistaken, your level is 9. So it’s not the level. The threshold is 7, and you’re over that. That can be ruled out. 
Is this all pictures?
Check that the file size of the pictures are not too massive. I think MW limits it at 15 mb or something like that. I know if I try to post images without lowering the resolution, they will never go through.

Just a thought, but maybe MakerWorld is having problems with your text characters at the moment? I don’t know exactly which language or letters they are.
I’m writing in English, so I don’t think the problem is language-related. Perhaps someone else will encounter the loading issue and we can find a solution together.
That’s weird. If the Post button stops working after you add a photo, could you share a screenshot of your browser Console (DevTools → Console)? It might be that the image upload didn’t finish / failed, so the post can’t be submitted.
There is a third possibility. Check your browser extensions. I was blocking in NoScript the server where the files are uploaded. Once I cleared it, I was able to post again photos in Makerworld.
Procedure: Upload the photo. With the button grayed out, check your Extensions, see if there is an additional domain that is being blocked. In my case it was a server in the amazonaws.com domain with a lot of letters before the amazonaws.com suffix.
