Yup. My friendās A1M has the filthiest nozzle known to man. Besides the occasional rust in his prints, his prints come out beautiful.

something that helped me when I first got my A1 was spending a good amount of time poking around in the slicer, creating print profiles, and messing with settings. not that you have to do those things to get better prints, but definitely try things with this model like increasing the number of walls. rerunning calibration also might help
