I tried to print a bridging test while reading how to tweak the speeds in BS. Even with lower speed and 0.8 in bridging flow rate it falls down. Any tips on how to make this better?
Printing with BambuLab green PLA, mainly standard settings.
I haven’t quite been able to figure out how the slicer decides if something is a Bridge or an Overhang. There have been many instances where the slicer decided something was an overhang and not a bridge, even though it was a bridge, so the bridging parameters have no effect. Check the line type and make sure that the slicer is actually treating this as a bridge and not an overhang.
It looks like the outer walls of the bridge is treated as overhang and the infill between is the bridge. So I guess lowering the speed on overhang will affect the result. Will try this.
Thanks for pointing this out.
Edit: I tried lowering the speeds of the overhang, didn’t do much. Still saggy when it’s over 40mm bridge.
