I am trying to increase the thickness of the part that is on the bed and for some reason it is not working. I know there are different colors and they are all coming out at different heights. I have put 10 layers in and it is not doing that. Can anyone help?

You will need to scale the part to increase the thickness. In your case, uncheck the “scale uniform” and only scale the part in Z. Then cut the top layers of the protruding brim to it back to the original height.
