Help with logging into account

Hi
I can’t log into Bambu studio. The program says it is sending me a verification code to my email but it never arrives. This means I can’t print anything. Please can anyone help.

I have confirmed the email address is working. I have tried to submit a ticket to support but it won’t let me without uploading a studio log file which I can’t do as can’t log in!

Have you confirmed if the email message is sent in your Spam folder by mistake? Usually, this is the reason why the email is not delivered.

If the issue persists, please open a techical ticket with the Other option and there won’t be a log requirement.

Hi.
I created a blank .log file and uploaded that to get the support ticket to submit. It said successfully submitted. I have checked my spam/junk folder and the only thing in there is a surprising number of emails saying I have won an air fryer.

Please can someone help as I had a day of printing planned. My Bambu Handy app is still logged in.

I’m having the exact same problem today. Did you get this resolved? I had no troubles for over a year and all of a sudden I am logged out and cannot log back in.

Yes, I had to change where the verification email was being sent i.e. pick another email address and then that worked to let me log in.
