I am currently facing the same issue, I have tried all the solution without physical re-placement (Last solution), I read from another post re-boosting it by unplugging the power cable for 30s might re-fresh the glitch or fault internet/ geographic setting or firmware issue, or try reset-factory setting might help. But I have tried all following solution never helped and I’m looking forward to get a replacement camera in the following month

I have taken the screen off the front of the printer and put it back on and now it shows nothing so I am at a loss as to what is wrong.next thing I might try is looking at the board that the screen is plugged into and see if there is something wrong there

The touchpad/screen mounted on a P1S is for local/basic printer control and has nothing to do with the camera.
Try powering down the printer, disconnecting the Touch and if you have a Panda Lux light connected, disconnect it also, then power the printer back up.
BIQO electronics are notorious for causing Bambu Printer problems.

i have shut it down several times and the screen and camera have not come back on. I have never had any trouble with the panda touch so I don’t think it is the problem but I will try again but that still doesn’t explain why the screen doesn’t power on again

It’s dependent on where you are powering the Touch from as a possibility. Did you check the AP board that the screen plugs into? Maybe a loose/bad connection at the board end? That board also has the USB port on it.

i am going to check it again in the morning because i am at work right now. i have it plugged in to the usb port inside the printer

Do a search in the wiki on “USB”

It is very important to avoid connecting devices that draw more than the 5V 1.5A from the AP board, as this can lead to AP board failures.
