Help with printing problems

hello I am having some problems with this print i have printed it before several months ago and it worked but when i went to reprint this happened

I have tried a few times and it prints perfectly but at the very tip of the model as you can it printed very poorly and looks kina shriveled up?

p1s with about 850 houres on it and just over a year old and ams ht with smooth pei plate and anti vibration feet installed. any help is welcome.

It’s because at the very tip, each layer is going down and not getting enough time to cool before the next one goes down.
