Alternately, you could split it in half along the long dimension so that the cut can be laid flat on the build plate, print it in two halves and glue it together afterwards.
No rule says you have to print it as a single piece.
SLA would be able to handle this. But there are some things you can’t really do with FDM printing. I’d argue a long irregularly shaped 3mm diameter rod is one of them.
Print the big bulb at the end, make the stem from some bent 3mm diameter piano wire.
