Having a problem smoothing out this print and making look good. I have ironing on and print order changed but Im still getting imperfect prints. What settings should I adjust.
Seems like quite bad under-extrusion, I would recommend you to do a flow rate calibration with the affected materials. Mainly the blue since it seems to be under-extruding the most. I’ve seen massive improvements on my own prints after calibrating this. There is also a huge difference with flow ratio between different nozzle sizes just so you know. You may need to do this for each of the colors, especially if they are different brands of filament.
Another thing i’ve noticed is that you can turn ironing flow up quite high without over-extruding on the top layer. I have it set to 30-35% (compared to the default 10%). This may improve the finish even further. I can’t speak for other materials but it works very well with the PETG I’m printing with.
