Hi, I wrote to support 1 week ago and you still haven’t responded,

I bought a p1s on 2/17/2024, order EN4231150261 as soon as it arrived and I mounted it, it worked well after 2 days I launched a remote print and it gave me an error,the error it gave me was that engine A was malfunctioning,after trying to check the system I saw that engine A was making a deafening noise,Then looking at the wiki and doing everything I could, I understood that it was actually Engine A that was running badly.I wrote to support on 02/26/24 with Ticket No: US240226674001and on 02/25/24 with Ticket No: US240225049001,I haven’t been given a response yet, not even to know if you’re really checking to see what happened, nothing at all.

yes but Since support doesn’t respond to me after 1 week and I’ve had a printer that hasn’t worked for 14 days, I’m trying everything to get them to respond :slight_smile:
