High Quality Profile for finemechanics?

Hi @all

I like my P1P a lot, but I don’t know what it is, I can’t get print very fine Models to print correctly,
For sample, the V8 Print in Place Engine, or the E3D Stress Spider. Mostly due to too much material on very small parts are extruded. (At least i gues that’s the problem) so some fine parts always are moving while the next layer is added on them, and that destroys the whole print

I think this could be Wipe or something, because the flow is really on spot, the K-Value also (Checked with multiple Calibration Prints)

Speed does not matter to me, so I tried to print a lot slower, but the results seem getting worse, I tried to print with lower temps, same Problem.

This problem occurred on my Ender before too, when I was using Super Slicer, never had this kind of Problems with Cura. So I’m pretty Sure it’s just some setting in this fu…g Slicer.

Does someone know this Problem, and has a fix for that ? Or does someone have a profile for extremely precise prints ?

I bought the P1P because I finally wanted some Printer that just works, but until now I’m a bit frustrated…

I don’t have a solution per se but have you checked dimensional accuracy? I’ve calibrated my P1P to have the correct flow and speed however some prints are off by quite a bit. 0.5mm smaller to be exact, which is more than enough for the parts not to fit together. I’m trying to figure out what I’m missing.
