Hilbert Curve top surface speed

I’ve just started experimenting a bit with the Hilbert Curve top surface in OrcaSlicer. For my purposes I really like that finish on the top surface as it matches better the bottom surface printed on the textured plate.

The one thing I don’t like is how much longer it takes to print the top surface. I get that’s because of all the lines in the Hilbert Curve, but is there any way to speed that up? I think there must be some hard coding speed with the Hilbert Curve because nothing I change in the speed settings affects it.

You’re probably not even close to the top speed you’re setting because of all the tiny accelerations/decellerations it causes. Short of running very high accels you’re not going to really change it much

How advisable is it to increase the acceleration top surface speed? If I raise it from 2000mm/s2 to 5000 I gain about 8min on a 2hr print. So that’s not much of a time saver anyway.
