Hi All,
After removing the extruder to fix a clog, I am now getting this error. Where is the hotend fan located? I thought the Wiki was a little vague. Any ideas on how to resolve? Thanks!
I faced this too . In my case the hotend fan cable was damaged. If you have a spare hotend fan , try swapping it out to see if the new fan fixes the issue. Good luck.
Hotend fan is attached with two screws to the hotend assembly nozzle (heater, thermistor and fan).
Oh, I see it now. Thank you very much.
Hi All, I am at my wit’s end. I was receiving the error message:
“HMS_0300_0300_0001_0001 The speed of the hotend fan is too slow or stopped.” I replaced the complete hotend assembly (so a new hotend fan). I get the same error message (HMS_0300_0300_0001_0001) on the printer display panel. Attached is a pic so you can see the wiring. I have replaced the extruder (with the sensor) due to another issue and now the complete hot end. If I try to print, I get the following message from Bamboo Studio: "The nozzle fan speed is abnormal. [0300 8010 19:02:43]. I don’t know what else to do. I am following up with customer support. I hope they don’t tell me to replace a circuit board. Please help! Thanks. -Steven
One additional thought - I am wondering if it could be the Extruder Connection Board. Maybe I broke/bent a pin or something. Thoughts?
SOLUTION: It turned out to be the large fan on the Front Housing Assembly all along. I replaced the Front Housing Assembly with a new one, and everything is working fine. Thanks to this community for all your suggestions and input.
I just got this error after Numouros extruder clogging.
I dont know, if you already resolved the issue with the fan.
I had same thing happened to me.
After uncloging my hot end, i was getting same error.
0300 0300 0001 0001.
Long story short.
Your fan is not plugged is correctly.
Connector will allow to plug in one pin row lower.
Good luck.
I did manage to fix it. It was as you suggested. Thanks for the reply; I really appreciate it.
