Hms_err_0300_0b00_0001_0005

When i send program to p1p, after unziping it stops and shows error hms_err_0300_0b00_0001_0005.
What is the problem?

Were you able to find out the issue and/or fix it? I’m having the same issue and there’s no documentation for this error. Symptoms for me are the print head is in the incorrect position so it grinds against the edge and tries to wipe in mid air instead of on the wiper.

Did you find soulution, because today I faced with the same problem.

Check the connections under the tool head cover. Unplug them and carefully plug them back in. They can look seated but not be. Just a thought.

Opened ticket 2 weeks ago, after some conversations support sent to me interface board and sensor, replacing sensor didn’t help, but replacing interface board helped me - so reason was in that board.

My case was resolved. It’s a shame, but it was due to the wrong positioning of the textured plate on the table - it was catching on the housing at the back. After carefully placing it again, the problem disappeared… :smiley:
