I got same issue, now try to replace hotend, but may be this is new bamboostudio version app?
Looks to me like under extrusion because it’s happening during the fast infill. I would do a calibration of the filament using the supplied tools in Bambu studio or Orca (preferred, as it is more comprehensive). Also, depending on your climate, the type of filament and if the filament is new or old, I would advise drying it.
