Hello everyone
Where could the problem be that I get such holes in the outside wall? Printed with P1S, Bambu PETG HF and standard settings. Layer height 0.16mm
What settings would you change to improve this?
Thank you for your help.

Your filament is dry and calibrated (Pressure Advance)?
These types of gaps are typical of under extrusion. The three most impactful settings are as follows:
Possible remedies.
Just note that there rarely is a “single” issue that causes these gaps but often multiple stacking issues.
And last but not least, if you haven’t already done so, DRY YOUR FILAMENT!!! If I had a dollar for every time someone posted here that they dried their filament… The important thing to drying is to weigh the filament before and after to ensure that moisture was removed. Note that you can do this using the heater on your print bed and the cardboard box your spool came in as a cover. Search here for DIY filament drying.
Many thanks for the quick response. I dried the filament before printing. I have calibrated the flow rate.
So the speed and acceleration is probably the problem. I’ll slow down and see what happens.
Thank you

I have initial findings. I reduced the acceleration of the outer wall from 5000mm/s to 2500mm/s. I increased the max flow from 21m3/s to 15m3/s. This didn’t really do anything. But what I noticed was that the holes always appear when you accelerate again after an overhang (10mm/s). I’ll try again with limited wall speed. Or does anyone have any tips on what else I could adjust?
What I can still say is that the color yellow is the worst so far. Red and black also had holes but not as many.
I used Bambulab PETG HF for all colors.
Thank you very much for your tips.
