Hey there!
I’ve got a rather interesting problem with my new P1S w/AMS, coming from a heavily modified i3 Mega S. I recently designed a mold for a forged carbon fiber part. Because the layer adhesion between the infill and top/bottom layers was too weak (see picture), I reduced all 200+ printing speeds of the .2mm standard preset down to 200, hoping for better adhesion. However, I now get these “layer shifts” that aren’t really layer shifts on the layer where the top of a horizontal hole closes. This single layer is about 0.05mm too wide horizontally and looks a bit under-extruded right next to these holes.
The filament is Bambulab Basic PETG with flow and k-factor manually calibrated and I have performed the califlower skew correction a while ago. But even with 100% stock filament and printer settings, I get these artifacts. They also don’t correlate with layer time, fan speed, etc.
A benchy looks perfect with these settings btw. No hull-line whatsoever.
