Can anyone diagnose this issue? This is a Print with my PLA profile and only this part has had the issue.

it would help if you post screenshots of your PLA profile. did you try the stock profile? could it be overextrusion? try lowering extrusion and maybe do a testprint in silent mode at 50% speed.
