i have had the printer about 6 weeks now.
X1 Carbon
Suddenly It will crash the hotend into the right side. Over and over.
This started when I saw an error that said “Cutter is stuck” I noticed the hot end cover plate dangling and nozzle bent.
I replaced it with a spare and recolibrated.
It started crashing into the right side.
I stopped it, then restore settings and then it attempted a recalibration and crashed over and over and over until power is off.
I dont know what the original source of the issue, there is a ticket open for this.
But I do know, that after a couple power cycles and factory resets we are back in busines.
All is good again
