Got Hotend Heating Assembly problem on my 3 weeks old A1, and 8 months old A1 mini, both happened in last 10 days.
After opened 2 tickets, bambu replied to me that Hotend Heating Assembly is " classified as a consumable item and does not come with a warranty".
Well, for a 4 bambu printers owner, 2 of them got same problem in such short time, one of them even less than 1 month, it hardly to understand why the quality issue is not covered by the warranty, and more important, the quality issue! Is it a faulty design of A1 series or bambu now is losing control on quality control?
