This is a weird one, I replaced the heating assembly on my A1 and when testing, it always heats up to around 20 degrees lower than what it says on the screen, this is causing issues with print temps and causing the extruder to click.
I have swapped x 2 heating assemblies and they both do the same thing, they will go up to high temps, but always reading around 20/30 degs lower than what it says on the screen, its almost as if they need to be calibrated to the machine.
Support ticket has gone in, I am suspecting the TH board, but does anyone else have any ideas?
Firmware has been updated, downgraded, machine fully reset, full machine calibration has been performed numerous times, connections have all been checked.
