Hotend/Nozzle Issue After Previous Blob – Recurring Problems

Printer: Bambu Lab A1 with AMS Lite
Filament: Bambu Lab PETG
Slicer Settings: Default PETG settings, no modifications
Error Message: “The nozzle is covered with filament, or the build plate is incorrectly installed. Please stop the print, clean the nozzle, or adjust the position of the build plate.”

Detailed Problem Description:

About four weeks ago, I experienced a “blob” issue, which required me to replace both the hotend and the hotend holder. After replacing and calibrating everything, my prints generally complete without issues.
However, about every third print, I receive the above error message. The build plate is properly installed, and there are no visible obstructions. No modifications have been made to the printer.

Actions Taken:

Checked and correctly installed the build plate

Cleaned the nozzle and hotend

Ensured there are no visible obstructions

No modifications made to the printer

Questions:

What could be causing this recurring issue?

Are there any assembly points I should double-check?

What additional tests or steps would you recommend?

I appreciate any insights and suggestions!
