i have changed out the old hotend to a new hot end and used the old wires as well and when the fan comes on then it cools down the hotend during the print and it malfunctions. On top of all im trying to use all my small amounts of filament and im not sure if its the filament or if it is due to the hotend but the filament is hard and breaks apart after trying to print a flate piece to make a penwheel . Can someone help me please
If your filament is breaking then it has absorbed moisture and needs to be dried.
More information needed in regards to the fan.
