Housing crashes (see video) and AMS print is shifted

Hi everyone,

my P1S is printing very good. But it always crasshes the housing at the end of every print. I slice every model in Bambu Studio for the P1S. I have the feeling that the Printer is off set. It should end at the poopchute right in the middle of the hole, right?
My printer ends up in the left corner and when it starts extracting the filament for the cleaning it extracts right in the left corner of the hole.

Here you can see what the printer is doing after every print:

I’m not sure if this is related but i wanted to make my first AMS print with 2 colours. It turned out like this where you can see that everything is shifted.

I calibrated it several times. I even made a factory reset but nothing helps.
Please help me, thank you

I can’t speak to where it parks and purges as I’ve not watched that with a critical eye, but the front left corner is where it operates the filament cutter. It loos like the cutter arm is interfering with the cover. This could be due to the print head being offset as you say. Take a close look at the hot end from the front and the sides to make sure it’s not bent. A slight bend can throw things off and can be hard to see.

Belt tension can cause all kinds of issues, here are the instructions for setting tension. You will have to scroll down to step 5 as they’ve lumped it in with replacing the tensioners.

Verify that the head moves left/right on the carbon rods smoothly. A bind here can cause it to lose steps. Here’s a link to preventative maintenance steps.

Thanks! I’ll check the filament cutter and the hotend. I’ll check the tension, too! Hope there is not a bigger problem since i got the printer 2 weeks ago.

Hey there. I tried all the steps but it didn’t work.
But i found out the reason why it crashed!
It was my mistake.
I printed out this one:

I printed it out for the X-Model but i needed the shorter one for my P1S.

Here you can see that the trumpet caused the crashing because the housing couldn’t move till the end of the guiding rod.

I’ll start my 2nd attempt for an ams multicolour print today. Hopefully it will work!
