How do I buy a new AMS funnel for my (1st gen) AMS?

My AMS slot 1 is severely worn out, and as a result filament gets stuck on it, regardless of what type of filament it is. On a normal print that uses the slot it will get stuck every three to five minutes, always during printing.

I remember seeing some time ago a few pages that described how to involve BL support to order a new funnel, but I cannot find it for the life of me. It may happen that BL has silently retired the page, or whatever.

Since my last support request went totally ignored (as in NEVER answered to), I am hoping that someone in the community can give me a hand.

This picture shows what the slot looks like. I think it was probably printing glow-on-the-dark PLA that did the funnel in, but I have used many filaments, one of them may be abrasive enough to wear out the (somehow ordinary) plastic funnel. By the way, the annular structures that can be seen on the front of the filament are created by the filament getting stuck.

Any pointers? I want to BUY a new funnel and replace the old one, just need to know how to order it (if possible without filing a ticket, because, well, I already know how much attention BL lends to tickets these days)

Any help, as usual, highly appreciated

They do sell this AMS kit. It comes with a new funnel.

Exactly the page I was looking for, thanks!!!

Yep, this looks like what I may end up buying (even if it’s like buying a car to get a wheel :). Thanks for pointing it out, I had missed it. Cheers!

Does this one not work for yours?

In the meantime while you are awaiting a replacement, you should print some of the buttons that go over the top to act as a sacrificial wear piece.

So, I heard back from Support on this issue, and they recommend exactly what I read from all of you:

  • Print the [buttons that protect the funnel](https://Perfect Fit Bambu Lab/Bambulab AMS Feeder Button Cover Protector (Hydra AMS compatible!)) and see if it fixes the problem
  • If not, buy the Maintenance Kit suggested above (bought it just in case)
  • The kit is for version 1, and unless I continue to get problems, I should not need to replace the board even if I replace a single funnel. If I DO have problems, contact support and get the older board from them (the current AMS’s have a different version).
    Thanks to @Barryg41 , @ExtremeElementz , and @RMB for immediate and very on-point answers!
