Support sent me a frequency sweep test gcode file that they asked me to run on my X1C. Do I just replace the start g-code section a filament? If I just open Bambu Studio with the gcode file, it gives me and error saying there’s no valid gcode in the .gcode file.
Personally I would copy it to a sdcard and print it from the front panel.

You are telling us that Bambu support did send you a g-code package but without clear instructions on how and where to use it? If true, that’s the dubest thing i hear Bambu customer support has done in all the time I’ve been here. But then again, why wonder? The staff at customer support has done (or said) pretty stupid things before, but this bit of stupidity is brand new and … quite “innovative”.

I tried that and when I select the sd card, it shows no files at all. I put a 64GB card in with only that gcode file.

If it’s as simple as just opening up the file, then instructions probably weren’t necessary. It’s pretty clear at this point the file they sent is invalid.
It needs to be formatted FAT32, 64GB might be too large to be formatted that way from the factory. If you didn’t, I’d just take the existing one out of the printer and put the file in the top directory.

Both were formattated FAT32 64GB. Same exact sd cards in fact. The only difference is the one in the printer worked when I put the file on that while the other one didn’t for whatever reason.
