I am printing part in tpu that will be put under a lot of stress from impact and folding. The bottom is long with a rounded bottom, the first several layers get larger as it goes up. I used 5 outer walls but the long parallel lines would cause the part to split when folded. I went to 1 wall in the area and more bottom layers and this helped but when it prints the next bottom layer it prints solid over the previous layer and then comes back and fills in the outer gap. This inner seam creates a weak area. If it would print it in a single pass it would be faster, stronger and cleaner with no travel moves.
The second layer of the benchy boat has the same problem.
Any settings that prints bottom layers in one pass? Any other slicers allow you to change this?
