I was one of the “excellent participation award” winners for the Master Challenge mini arcade contest that concluded last week. I was sent an automated message from the system saying I would receive an email soon with the details of my gift card but still haven’t received anything. Can anyone shed light on how long it typically takes?
Also, oddly I noticed that none of the excellent participation winners from this contest have the award badge given to their models. It’s weird because contests that have concluded before and after it all have their badges applied appropriately.

it would take 7 working days but sometimes their mailing system gets stuck so they think they sent you the email but it does not arrive…in this case you can open a support ticket in makeworld under general inquiry and they will send you the code through the ticket, incase they did not mention the expiry date its better to ask about it, i sometimes received 1 year, 2 years and 10 years validity which is kind of annoying to have to receive a random expiry date.
