I´ve been using AI for some time, as a time saver, when it comes to the presentation of my models. I do know photography, and I do know quite a lot when it comes to graphical design. However, I also know how much time it takes. I´d rather spend that time on the CAD and the printing.
However, as many people point out, the site is overrun with AI slop as well.
What is your feeling. Does AI actually provide some benefit in making posts here on Makerworld or is it just a bad thing. It seems to me that “professional presentations” is boosted by the algorithm. But it feels now like it can also hurt the users wants to download it
This model was uploaded just a couple of days ago. I see that it´s recommended on the site, but the conversion rate is low. I get the feeling that it´s actually because I´ve used AI. I do like the idea and my design. But I´m not sure.
