Just got my X1 Carbon today and got it running with no problems. When starting prints, you have the option of running the flow calibration. Does this need to be run on every print or does the printer remember the information between prints?

As far as I got from different sources of information it is stored as long as you have loaded the same filament where you initially calibrated. So it is a good idea to at least re-run calibration when you switch to a different brand/type or when you experience issues with your print.
For multicolor prints of the same brand on my experience it seems that the initial calibration is just fine. As there is not a lot of feedback from the machine (=none), it even can be that the tuned values in the slicer are sufficient.

As stated above, I only run it when I switch brands or types of filaments. Since I primarily use Hatchbox ABS, I rarely run it.
It mainly depends on the use frequency of the machine. If the machine is used all the time, I think it is better to calibrate it every week?
