Press the edit button for the current profile, and adjust all the settings to what you would like. When you are done, press save and edit the name, it will automatically save it as a new profile with all your settings.

Sorry, I misunderstood what you were saying. You can add a nozzle by clicking on the current selection and selecting add a nozzle.

Sorry about that, I haven’t tried adding a nozzle that big using this method.
If you want to add a bigger custom nozzle I have found this method. It should be easier and only require selecting the nozzle size.
Step 1:
Step 2:

I could be wrong, but I don’t think you can do it. Regardless what you select in BS it appears it needs to match the machine setting. I found this out the first time I tried to use a different nozzle that i had actually installed and had failed to change it on the printer and it would not work (from BS) until I changed that setting on the printer to match. .

I was able to add it, you will have to say add a printer, change the necessary settings, and then base it off of the Bambu A1 0.8mm profile. You will most likely need to edit some things to fine tune it, but this should work. I was able to get a cube to slice with a 1.2mm nozzle.
But did it print, or throw up an error?
I don’t actually own a 1.2mm nozzle so can’t test, but there were no errors.
So you didn’t actually send it to the printer? Because that is the point where I got an error because it did not match what the printer it’s self was set to . And there is no 1.2mm setting.

Or just use all of the ones they actually support.
