I’ve upgraded the nozzles in my P1Ps to the hardened steel ones. I cannot figure out how to change the “Nozzle type” in Bambu Studio, though. Maybe it’s not required, but since it shows up here, it makes me wonder:

The Orca Slicer has an option to change it but not Bambu Studio.
I compared all settings and there not changing any values between the stainless and hardened nozzle.

Thank you for validating my experience. I’ve been trying to stick with Bambu Studio, but I keep getting things that pop up pointing me away.
Same here, I use Orca sometimes for the calibration, but use Studio mainly.
I’ve never seen nor touched a P1P so I don’t know if it’s the same but on a X1C under maintenance, you can tell the printer what nozzle is installed. I’ve no idea what the printer does with this information.
You can go to “device” then “printer parts” and select hardened steel
