I am at my wits end with an ongoing failure of support to address my problem. I preordered a P1P in 2022 and received an early unit that had a heat bed malfunction and to this day has an open ticket stemming back from January. The ticket occasionally is being marked as closed due to inaction or on a whim by support staff.
During the back and forth we established that I will need a replacement heat bed and cable (likely a common issue for some earlier units?). Since the support team responsible for handling my ticket simply did not follow through on sending me the replacement parts I don’t know where else to turn to escalate the issue. I can’t find another support contact on the website. Please advise how I can exit the loop with the unresolved ticket.

You will get a reply to that ticket as soon as possible. The heatbed you mentioned has been shipped at the time of my previous reply.

not only have I not received a heatbed
- I never received a shipment confirmation or even a confirmation via message in the ticket that bambulabs did indeed send a heatbed
- I never received an offer for recourse for my troubles. Even though I specifically asked to be able to put a discount offer to use for upgrades to a machine, if we ever got it to work. To add insult to injury I did not even receive an “early bird thank you” discount code that other customers have been offered in a marketing campaign. Instead I have been told that no remedy is available for me having invested upfront into a product that has not been working for 8 months now.
