How can I remove the pattern on the curved edge?
I came accross this topic on Reddit where the user explained that the problem is only there since the previous firmware update.

Hi and welcome to the forum!
Report more details, filament type, preparation and profile settings.
Edit: I had not noticed you seem only interested in the curved ringing. I was concerned about the fuzzy looking skin but maybe you have set that setting.
The ringing is either due to the model or due to the speed of the print being in a sweet spot for vibrations from the belt most likely. It can be the model if you say just do a basic export from fusion to 3mf, curves will end up more approximated than if you export .step.
If that’s not it you can check that the tensioners in the back are snug (do NOT overtighten), actually I think its best to turn off the printer, loosen the tensioners, move the head all around in the chamber back and forth, side to side over and over, then put it back home by the poop chute and properly tighten the tensioners then calibrate the printer, but if you end up here find the proper bambu wiki guides for doing such things.
Edit2: Just to say a bit more, I got distracted… After the above if you still have the ringing it can likely be reduced by finding the right outer wall speed that might avoid the vibrations, try 20-30% slower (assuming you aren’t already going very slow in which case reverse that) and compare.
That looks like the model itself could use more triangles
Try giving this a whirl, leave all of your setting as they are
In the Slicer (Bambu or Orca) hit prepare so you can modify the model
Right click on the model
Select simplify model
The simplify tab will come up with the slider for the detail level and decimate ratio
On the detail level slider click all ofbthe way to the left so it goes to extra high
I use this setting for many models, some require less detail so I can reduce the number of triangles by moving the slider to the right (less detail) for a much faster print
Increasing the triangles adds far more edges for the model to work with which increases accuracy and detail substantially at a cost of much more time being added to the slicing and the actual printing of the model
As for my fuzzy skin settings they are as follows
Contour
Point distance 0.12 mm
Skin Thickness 0.06 mm
Those settings are just enough to hide seams and layer lines
For heavier skin I’ll use these settings
Contour
Point distance 0.12 mm
Skin thickness 0.18 mm
Random seams work well with fuzzy skin btw but they often take longer to print
Hopefully this helps you if not now some day down the road
