How to get help with 2FA when I can’t log in to make ticket or chat?

Out of no where my Duo Mobile app decided to say “account disabled” and to contact makerworld support, I did forgot password and “unavailable?” Link for 2FA, and it takes you to the ai chat support, and it says if you lost access to 2FA to open a ticket or chat with support humans - both links just take me in circles to the login prompt which won’t let me in. Access to the forum doesn’t require this, does anyone know what to do? There’s seemingly zero solution now? Email support? Does anyone know the email?

If the support form requires you to be logged in you might just have to create another account and try to explain the situation
