How to join large flat parts at the edge

I am wanting to print a sign that is too large to fit on my P1S print bed. What is the best way to join two or more pieces to make the desired size. My Cad abilities are limited to TinkerCad and Bambu Studio. I would like the sign to be approximately 320mm x 275mm.

Thanks in advance,

The best way would probably be just to use the cut tool in the slicer, then put some holes and connectors with the cut tool, so you can print both pieces separately then glue them together.

Use the Zipper Joint shown in the videos from these examples:

Fairly similar to the ziplock mentioned I use dovetails to join large flat exposed parts.

If you make them quite tight (about 0.04mm gap) with rounded corners then you don’t need glue as the layer lines hold the parts together and the joints don’t show up that much from the top.

I use a light tap with a small hammer to slide the parts together.
