How to make a print that look like water

Has anyone create 3d print that look like water and how to create waves

Lots of ways you can do something like that but no idea if any of these will be what you are looking for.

I don’t imagine how you would get the texture with PLA unaided.

From traditional model making, one would mix clear PVA glue with water and spread it on. You could also use UV resin and a hand lamp.

You can buy water effect “technical paints” now, for example “vallejo water texture”. I have no idea what is in it.
