Do you have an ad blocker enabled?
The private chat isn’t opening for you at all, and the users aren’t showing up either. The connection symbol should still appear, though, what you’re missing. It looks like the messaging system/chat isn’t connecting for you for some reason.
Try using a different browser or turning off your ad blocker; if necessary, try using the app as well.
