support ticket submissions requiress a log file, but if i’m in LAN mode, or if my printer is not connected to the internet, there’s no way to include a log file, thus unable to submit a support ticket
You need to write it to the SD card and use that to transfer to the printer.

The Wikis for all of the printer models have instructions for submitting logs and support tickets without using Handy. This is the page for a P1, the X1 and A1 have similar instructions in the Troubleshooting section for that series.
