I cannot upload my models. why?

I have been waiting 3 hours for a model to upload. It is 20Mb and I could not do it yet. The 3mf file updated but not the stl. What to do?

I think there might be some technical issues with the site, for me everything shows up as 0 too in my profile (0 points, 0 likes, 0 downloads, etc) while this was all good last night.

Same problem here. I am sure about the file but it don’t pass the slice test. Can you help me please?

I just exit my account and then logged in back and it was fine. I recommend this
