Hi, if I turn on the printer, the light comes on. But there’s no way to turn it off. The button on the display changes state but it doesn’t affect the light. It’s still on. What could be the problem ?
Have you added anything else to the lighting circuit? If overloaded it could fail on.
No, I didn’t add anything. Where’s he plugged in? If it’s still on, I’ll unplug it or add something to turn it off. Or can I replace a some component?
First, can you clarify which light you are referring to? The chamber light on the left hand side or the light on the front of the extruder head?
Light on the left hand side.
Here is the link to the wiki article for replacing the light.
Thank you, I’ll check the AP board. See if I can spot any defective components.
I don’t see anything. I don’t want to measure every component without a schematic. Well, I’ll keep the lights on. Luckily, it’s not a strong light.
If your printer is warranty period please open a ticket. Support can help you figure out what’s the problem and, if necessary, sent spare parts.
