So I stick around and watch until the first layer starts to print and make sure that there aren’t any random strands on the bed that can ruin my first bottom layer.
Any solutions to make this more automated so I don’t have to do this?
I’ve been burned before by just hitting print and walking away. Only to come back X hours later and pop the print off to see that darn strand embedded in the bottom layer.
I check the shelf, the wiper, the poop shoot - (notorious for left over filament) just to make sure - but sometimes it picks up one from somewhere - it is so dark in the enclosure especially when you have an AMS on top. (I need a better lighting solution too)
Thanks
