Log into bambulab.com, click on your avatar (top right corner), Profile Settings, Delete Account.

There is no “profile settings” under avatar… there’s “profile”, but there is no “settings” under profile either… there’s preferences, but no option to delete…
You didn’t follow the directions. Log into bambulab.com
